The problem
Papa Pictures needed a consistent, eye-catching visual identity to match their bold storytelling. They had a logo alright, but no real brand cohesion—and movie poster visuals, presentations, and social ads were inconsistent and uninspired.

The solution
I designed their logo from scratch, then created all movie posters, presentation decks, and social media campaigns—keeping a unified style across all touchpoints. Every piece reflects the tone and personality of each film, but still reads unmistakably as Papa Pictures.

The challenge
The real balancing act was between my artistic impulses and the creative visions of directors, producers, and actors. Every stakeholder has an opinion (some louder than others), so I had to mediate tastes, tone, and branding consistently—without sacrificing creativity or authenticity.
